FAQ's
Q. Do you bring your own audio and lighting equipment?
A. YES! We have the latest and best technology available to us in both audio and lighting equipment, we will always bring ample equipment to all functions, however if there is audio or lighting equipment at your chosen venue, we are more than happy to make use of it should you require it.
Q. Do you have insurance should something go wrong?
A. YES! We currently have £2 million public liability insurance which covers us completely in the unlikely event something should go wrong.
Q. Is your equipment safety tested?
A. YES! All our equipment is PAT tested. PAT testing or portable appliance testing is an important part of any health & safety policy
Q. Are you CRB checked to work with children?
A. YES! This is not an essential requirement as parents are in most cases always present, however we do feel this brings peace of mind to many parents to know their children are in safe hands.
Q. Do you take song requests on the night?
A. YES! Unlike some DJ's we love to talk to as many guests as possible on the night and play as many of your favourites as we possibly can. While it is not always possible to play every request, we dare you to challenge us, as we have almost 100,000 tracks available, including every top ten chart hit since 1953!
Q. There are specific types of music I would like to hear on the night, is this something you can help me with?
A. YES! We have an unbelievable range of music to cater for almost every taste in music, we are very pleased to be able to offer you a request form which you can detail specific songs and genres you would like to hear on the night, and when you would like to hear them! This form can be sent via email or by post, whichever is best for you! Simply email the form back or bring it with you on the night!
Q. We would like Karaoke, but we don't want it to take over our night. When do our guests get to sing?
A. The answer to this question is simple; it is completely up to you! We tailor every package to suit your individual requirements, however we find that setting an hour or two later in the evening for Karaoke tends to work best!
Q. We have heard a lot of horror stories about DJ's letting people down! You won’t let us down will you?
A. ABSOLUTELY NOT! We are very professional in what we do and take every booking extremely seriously; we have never once been late or let a single party down.
Q. We are not comfortable paying our deposit online, is there another method of payment you can accept?
A. YES! We are happy to accept most forms of payment, including cash, personal cheque and postal orders. Simply let us know your preferred method of payment.
Q. Do you match quotes from other DJ's?
A. We believe our prices are very competitive, that we do a very good job and come highly recommended. However if you have had a lower priced quote from somewhere else, we would be grateful for the opportunity to try and match or beat it!
